To complete registration for a MyNAC account you will need to provide your name, address and email address. We will use this information to match and verify you against other Council systems for security purposes. We will also use your email address to send you confirmation of signing up for MyNAC.
If you wish to view your Council Tax bill online you will also need to provide your Council Tax reference number for the current year and also the last method of payment. You can find your reference number on your Council Tax bill at the top left hand side of your bill next to “REFERENCE NUMBER”. This information will also be used for security purposes to ensure you are viewing your own details.
If you are a North Ayrshire Council tenant and wish to view your rent account online then you will also need to provide your rent reference which you can find on your rent statement.
